Resident Activities:
During the month of May, the week from May 6th-13th was “National Nursing Home Week”, where residents were treated to a crawfish boil, pizza, a bingo bonanza, an ice cream social, popcorn & carnival games and a Hawaiian luau.
Residents have daily activities Mon-Friday at 10:30am & 2:00pm
Employee Activities:
During the month of May, not only were the residents of Good Samaritan celebrated, but the staff were also celebrated for “National Nursing Home Week” in appreciation of everyone’s hard work and dedicated to the facility.
To celebrate the staff of Good Samaritan, a crawfish boil was held. In addition to all, you can eat crawfish, shrimp, chicken wings, chips and dip. Everyone received a monetary appreciation. As well as those still employed from the covid “lock down” pandemic, were presented with a plaque dedicated to each person from the Board of Directors.
